Shay’s son James, daughter Bernadette & all his family wish to thank everyone who supported them throughout the loss of their much beloved father.

Thank you to everyone who visited the funeral home, those who attended Daddy’s removal, funeral Mass & burial, those who sent Mass cards, letters, texts & online condolences, those who sent floral tributes & all those who couldn’t be present but joined in the celebration of Daddy’s life via webcam.

Thank you to Jan & all the kind & caring staff of Aisling House which was home to Daddy throughout the end of his life. Thanks also to Dr Foster & his team at Harbour Road Surgery for so many years of wonderful care.

Very special thanks to Fr. Martin Jose for celebrating such a beautiful funeral Mass & to Michael Flood & Patricia Kavanagh for such lovely music.

To our extended family, our kind neighbours & dear friends, your support will never be forgotten.

Thanks also to the management & staff of The Arklow Bay Hotel for their hospitality, to Jason & Tom for tending to the grave & to all at John Sweeney and Sons Funeral Directors.

Daddy’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 30th August at 6.30pm in St. Mary & Peter’s Church. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via webcam;
