The peacefull death has occurred of Susan (Susie) Daly while under the wonderful care of Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home Portlaoise after a short illness borne with unbelievable courage and dignity. Susie who was in her 100th year is predeceased by her loving husband Christy, her parents Patrick and Elizabeth O'Connor, her sister Dina, her brother Paddy, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. She will be remembered with great love by her sisters Laurie and Lily, her many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, great-grand-nieces and great-grand-nephews, extended family, her neighbours and friends , particularly Catherine.

Reposing at Mahers Chapel of Rest, Portarlington (eircode R32 X5XV) on Tuesday evening (2nd September) from 5pm with Removal at 7:20pm to St Brochans Church, Bracknagh (eircode R51 HF99) arriving at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning (3rd September)at 11am. Funeral afterwards to St Brochans Cemetery, Bracknagh.
