(née Mahony)

Fitzgerald (née Mahony) Rita, 19th September 2025, Greenhills (formerly of Crumlin), peacefully, surrounded by her adoring family in the exceptional care of the staff of Tallaght University Hospital; beloved wife of the late Noel and devoted and loving mam of Declan, Suzanne, Louise and Stephanie.

Rita will be forever loved and desperately missed by her loving children, her close and wonderful daughter-in-law Samantha, sons-in-law Connor, Paul and Graham, her grandchildren Katie, Aoife, Amie, Julie, Rosie, Lola and Sofia, soon to be great granddaughter, her extended family and much valued neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her daughter Suzanne’s home on Tuesday (23rd September 2025) from 4pm to 6pm.

Prayer Service and Blessing will take place on Wednesday (24th September 2025) at 10am in St. Agnes’s Church, Crumlin Village followed by Cremation in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome.
