Raymond (Ray) Monaghan -Bellview Heights, Mullingar Co Westmeath formerly of Clongowney, The Downs, Mullingar ~ September 25th 2025 ~ Peacefully, at his daughter's residence at Cullionbeg following a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family and in the tender care of the Palliative Care Team.

Ray will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, son Kenneth, daughter Denise and her partner Brendan (Reilly), grandchildren Caitlin, Grace, James and Alexander, brother Brendan and sister-in-law Margo, sister Gertie (Wallace), uncle John, nieces , nephews, cousins , extended family and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Gilsenan's Funeral Home, Mullingar (N91 K660) on Friday September 26th from 7pm concluding with prayers at 9pm. Ray's funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1pm on Saturday 27th at The Cathedral of Christ The King, Mullingar followed by cremation service at Lakelands Crematorium Cavan (H12RF78) at 4pm. The funeral mass will be live streamed and can be viewed through the link below. No flowers please , donations if desired to Irish Cancer below.
