on 18th February 2025 following a brief illness.

A Memorial Mass for Raymond McMahon will take place on Saturday, 9th August, 2025 at 10.30am at St Joseph's Church, Presentation Road, Galway H91 NCW0 (the mass will be live-streamed: mcn.live/Camera/st-josephs-church-galway) to be followed by interment of ashes by the family. A reception will follow at The Ardilaun Hotel, Taylor's Hill, Galway H91 H29F to which all are invited to join Ray's family in celebrating his life.

He is deeply missed by his heartbroken family: his wife Claire, his daughters Aoife, Niamh and Sorcha, his sister Terry, brother Gary, and their husbands, wife and partners. Ray is sadly missed by his beloved grandchildren Conor, Dylan, Saoirse, Ava, Cillian and baby Mariella Rae, by his nieces and nephew, by his godchildren, by his in-laws, by his many cousins, friends and colleagues in Ireland, the UK and around the world.

Those wishing to offer condolences to Ray's family are invited to attend at St. Joseph's Church from 10.00am in advance of the mass which will commence promptly at 10.30am.
