Peacefully in University Hospital Limerick surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Seamus.

Deeply missed by her heartbroken family, children Warren, Nigel, Sharon, Neil, Dean, Rachel, Claire and Sonia, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters Mary and Ann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and her many friends.

May Phil's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Phil will repose in Mc Mahon's Funeral Home, Newmarket On Fergus this Wednesday (18th June) from 6pm to 7:30pm followed by removal to Our Lady of the Rosary Church. Funeral Mass Thursday (19th June) at 11am followed by burial afterwards in Lemenagh Cemetery.
