Patrick died unexpectedly on August 4th at his home in South Boston, U.S.A.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Brittany, daughters Hannah and Kensley, mother Elizabeth, brothers Micháel, Oliver and twin Declan, nephew Brendan, sister-in-law Jenny, uncle Mossey, aunts Mary, Peggy and Eileen, cousins, relatives and his many friends. Predeceased by his father Michael and brother Desmond.
