Patrick (Pat) Dunleavy
Patrick (Pat) Dunleavy of Coolnafarna, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, and formerly Cloonelt, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, passed away peacefully at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar, on November 4th, 2025. He was predeceased by his parents, Patrick and Margaret; his wife, Margaret (Mags); brother Tommie; nephew Declan; sister-in-law Mary (Popsey); and brother-in-law Frank. Pat will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his partner Jean; brothers Jim (Ballintubber) and Joe (Cloonbonniffe), and sister Mary Mulligan (Castlerea). He is also fondly remembered by his nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours, and many friends.

Reposing at McDonagh’s Funeral Home, Castlerea (F45 V2Y4) on Thursday evening from 6 o'clock until 8 o’clock with removal at 8:15pm to St. Brigid's Church, Cloonbonniffe (arriving at 8.50pm approx). Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon with Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Castlerea.
