In loving memory of Patrick McCann, who sadly passed away peacefully at St. Vincent's hospital on November 7th 2025. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife Anne his daughters Jennifer, Heidi, Gillian and Elaine, grandchildren Ryan, Sophie, Matthew, ZoeRose, extended family brothers and sisters in-laws, nieces, nephews and close friends .

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham on Monday, 10th November between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. Funeral Service at Kilternan Parish Church on Wednesday, 12th November 2025 at 11.30am, followed by cremation at the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome. Family flowers only please. Donation if desired to the Irish Cancer Society.
