Paddy Sullivan

The death has occurred of Paddy Sullivan, Beechgrove, Oranmore, Co. Galway. 22nd June 2025. Formerly of Beenativane, Currow, Co Kerry.

Paddy passed away peacefully at University Hospital Galway having been tenderly cared for at Bushfield Care Home. Predeceased by his beloved wife Esther and his grandson David, his brothers Jerome and Michael his sisters Catherine and Noreen and other family members. Deeply loved and very sadly missed by his children Catherine, Valerie, Paula, Michael and Claire, sons-in-law Patie, John and Gerry and daughter-in-law Mary. Pa Pa was a devoted grandfather to his 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Paddy will be sadly missed by his brothers John, Jim, Dan, his sister Mary, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, wonderful neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Tearmann Mhuire on the grounds of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore (H91XC61) this Tuesday evening the 24th of June from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday the 25th of June at 12 noon in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore. Mass will be broadcast on parish radio 105.3FM and can be viewed on parish website http://www.oranmoreparish.org/live/ Burial afterwards in Renville Cemetery.

Pa Pa in his 97th year, still a “Proud Kerryman”.
