Nora Mai passed away peacefully, in her 91st year, on 18th September 2025 in the Bon Secours Hospital, Kerry surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Bill, brothers Ned, Philip and Jack, along with all extended family who have gone before her.

Nora Mai will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her daughters Joan (Prendiville, Brosna) and Mary (Brosnan, Ballyseedy), sons Hugh and Philip, sons-in-law Tom Prendiville and Timmy Brosnan and daughters-in-law Mary and Maura. Cherished by her 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, wonderful neighbours and many friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Funeral arrangements

Reposing in Daly's Funeral Home, Scartaglen on Sunday evening from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Monday at 12 noon in the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Scartaglen.
