Monica O`Brien (Mon) The Hermitage. Portlaoise and formerly Dr Murphys Place. 6th Nov 2025 . Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved sister to John, Pascal, Mary, Tony, Kieran, Ann, Noel, Pat and David. Predeceased by her parents Séan and Peggy O`Brien (nee Rigney). Fondly missed by all her cousins, nephews, nieces, brother in law, sisters in law, relatives and especially all her colleagues and customers and friends In 4 Aces (BWG).

Reposing at Keegans Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6.30 pm until 8.30 pm. Funeral to arrive for 2 pm requiem mass on Saturday in SS Peter and Paul's Church. Interment will take place in SS Peter and Pauls Cemetery, Portlaoise. Family flowers only, donation if desired to the Cuisle Cancer Support centre, Portlaoise.
