Maureen Eakins
(née Egan)
Eakins (née Egan) Maureen, Malahide and formerly of Sligo and Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim and late of Trinity College Dublin. 17th June 2025. Peacefully, at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Rose and brother Kevin. Beloved wife of Raymond. Very sadly missed by her loving husband, children Keelin, Fionán, Muireann and Blathnaid, daughter-in-law Trish, sons-in-law Mathieu and Adrian, her adored grandchildren Beau, Aiden, Alannah, Pearl, Jacob and Robyn, sister Rosaleen, sisters-in-law Patricia and Collette, brother-in-law Michael, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
May She Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home on Friday, 20th June, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Seabury, Malahide on Saturday morning for 10am Funeral Mass followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland.
