Maura Lynch
(née Sheehy)
Maura Lynch (nee Sheehy) Park Lane, Tralee, Co. Kerry and formerly of Claghane, Lyreacrompane , New York and Rhode Island, U.S.A.. Maura passed very peacefully after a short illness ,at the age of 99, on June 19th 2025 ,with family by her side , under the excellent care of the staff of Carrig Ward and the Palliative Care Team at University Hospital Kerry . Predeceased by her husband Michael. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her loving nieces,nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews in Ireland , U.S.A. and Scotland, her sister-in-law Mary Sheehy (New Jersey) ,relatives, neighbours , and friends . Also remembering today her deceased parents Edmond and Hannah Sheehy, her siblings Tom, Sean, Martin, Phil, Brendan, Kathleen and Kevin.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Reposing at her former residence at Park Lane, Tralee on Friday evening from 5pm to 7pm . Requiem Mass for Maura will be celebrated on Saturday at 12 noon in the Sacred Heart Church, Lyreacrompane followed by burial in the local cemetery .
Maura's family would like to acknowledge and thank most sincerely the entire staff of Our Lady of Fatima Home Tralee for the loving and caring environment they provided to Maura in recent years .
