Mary (Maura, Moira) Walshe (née McMullan), formerly of Ratoath, Co. Meath, who passed away peacefully in her 81st year, in the tender care of the staff at Oakdale Nursing Home, Portarlington, Co. Laois, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her adored husband Noel and her much-loved parents, Margaret and Thomas.

Maura will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her devoted daughter Esmé, her dear sons Alan and Mark, her cherished sister Gabrielle, and her son-in-law Martin. She will be forever in the hearts of her precious grandchildren Chloe, Dylan, Callum and Kaiden. Jin-Hee and her nephews Kieran and Ian; the Halpenny family: Anne, Alison, Trudy, Laura, Jeanette, Jack and Jack Jr Nagle. Her oldest friend Sylvia and her many dear friends and neighbours in Mooretown and Steeplechase, whose lives she touched with her warmth, kindness and generosity.

Maura will repose at McEntaggarts Funeral Home, Chapel of Rest, Ratoath on Thursday (13th November) from 6pm-8pm. Removal Friday morning to the Holy Trinity Church, Ratoath for mass at 11am burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. Funeral Mass can be streamed live on the link below.
