Mary passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Joseph’s ward in University Hospital Galway, on Monday ,16th June 2025.

 

Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Bridie Brogan.

 

Mary will be sadly missed by her husband Paul, children Paula, Emma, Robert, Marian, Niall and Michael, sons-in-law Fergal, Niall and Gearoíd, grandchildren Lorcan, Ava, Ronan, Grace, Faye, Alice, Anna, Ciara, Sadie and Lucy, brothers Pat, Raymond and Michael, sister Martina, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephew, extended family, neighbours and her many friends.

 

Mary will lie in Repose in Kilboy’s Funeral Home (H62 KF63), Loughrea, on Thursday 19th June from 5.30 – 7pm.

 

Mary’s Requiem Mass will take place in St. Teresa's Church, Castledaly (H91 N407) on Friday 20th June at 11.30am, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Mary’s family would like to express their sincere thanks to all their extended family, neighbours & friends for all their kindness and support at this very sad time.
