Marie Griffith

The death has occurred of Marie Griffith, Le Cheile House, Ranaghan, Castlepollard and formerly of Beech Grove, Mullingar, Co.Westmeath, 21st September 2025, suddenly in the wonderful care of nurses and staff at Home in Le Cheile House.

 

Predeceased by her parents and her brother, Marie will be sadly missed by her brothers and by her sister, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and extended family. Marie will also be missed by her friends in Le Cheile, in Beechgrove and Cill Cuain.

 

May Marie gentle soul rest in peace.

 

Reposing at Le Cheile House (N91 KT04) this Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass with Fr. M. Carley at St. Mary’s Church, Collinstown on Thursday (25th September) at 11am with burial afterwards in Ballyglass Cemetery, Mullingar

A special mention to her G.P. Dr. L. Dalton, the staff of Mullingar General Hospital for the excellent care extended to her over the years, and the paramedics who attended to her and the staff in Cill Cuain and Beechgrove. We would like a special mention to Yvonne Bell her dear friend.
