Margaret Moran (née O’Brien) (Cabra West, Dublin 7) passed away peacefully at the Mater Hospital, 6th August, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Michael and wonderful mam to her children Brendan, Eamonn, Mairead and Ian. Deeply loved by her grandchildren David, Steven, Róisín, Ciara, Eve, Lucy, Jack and Trudy, her great-grandchildren Scott, Zara and Rí, daughters-in-law Margaret, Thérèse and Rachel, son-in-law Dermot, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Bourke’s Funeral Home, 71 Queen Street, Dublin 7 from 5pm to 7pm on Monday evening, 11th August. Margaret’s Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday morning, 12th August at 10.15am in The Church of the Most Precious Blood, Cabra West, followed by burial at Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Mater Hospital Foundation.

Margaret’s family would like to sincerely thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Mater Hospital, Beaumont Hospital, St Mary’s Rehabilitation Hospital, Manor Street Family Practice and her carers from Be Independent Homecare for the kindness, support and exceptional care shown to Margaret over the past months.
