Margaret Byrne née Browne, Marian Park, Drogheda and formerly of Moran’s Tce., Drogheda. 17th June 2025. Peacefully at The Village Residence, St Mary’s Hospital, Dublin Road, Drogheda surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Jim, parents Michael and Rose, brothers Michael and Jim, sisters Dolores, Pat and Rosaleen. Beloved mother of Deirdre, Brenda, Marina, Barbara, Helen, Rachel and Simon. Margaret will be sadly missed and always loved by her loving family, sons-in-law Owen, Declan, Robbie, James and Damien, grandchildren Marina, Emer, David, Amy, Ciarán, Niall, Niamh, Aaron, Seán, Kate, Ben, Cian and Darragh, great-grandchildren Fía, Will and Tess, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda A92 XN75 on Thursday from 4pm until 7.30pm. Funeral on Saturday, leaving the family home in Morans Tce., at 11.15am to proceed on foot to St. Mary’s Church, James Street, for Funeral Mass at 12noon, which can be viewed live at www.stmarysdrogheda.ie Burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery.
