Kathleen Shevlin, née Carolan, Old Road, Monasterboice, Co. Louth and formerly of Tullyallen. 6th August 2025. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by her loving family aged 91years. Kathleen, predeceased by her husband Jemmy, parents Nicholas and Mary Ann Carolan, sisters Cecelia and Mona (Dunne). Beloved mother to Breda, Mary, Gerard and Siobhan. Kathleen will be sadly missed by her son and daughters, sons-in-law Paul, Michael and Derek, daughter-in-law Elaine, her wonderful grandchildren Ciara, Gemma, Laura, Kelvin, Rachel, Ross, Amy, Sophie and James, great-grandchildren Farah, Nicholas, Shane, Hayden, Willow, Coan, Áine, Navy and Rey, sisters Josie and Mary, brothers Nicky and Pat, brothers-in-law, sisters in law, aunt and friend to many nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

At Rest

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda (A92XN75) from 2 o’clock until 7 o’clock on Friday. Funeral service will be offered on Sunday at 2 o’clock in The Solid Rock Church, Ballymakenny Road, Drogheda. Burial afterwards in Monasterboice Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
