Aistreofar a luaithreach na baile go dtí an Ardaí Mhór, F92 E4H1, lena fhaire Dé hAoine an 15 Lúnasa ón 12 meán lae le Paidrín ag 8 a' chlog. Teach príobháideach tar éis an Phaidrín. Cuirfear Joe sa reilig áitiúla i ndiaidh Aifreann 11 a' chlog Dé Sathairn 16ú Lúnasa i dteach Chriost Rí, Gort a' Choirce F92 DP86. Beidh shuttle bus ar fáil ó siopa an Stór, Gort a' Choirce F92FT7C ón meán lae Dé Aoine 15ú Lúnasa go dti teach na fhaire .

The death has occurred of Joe O’Donnell, St Helier, Jersey, and formerly of
Ardsmore, Gortahork, Co. Donegal, who passed away suddenly on wed. 26th June 2025, aged 51.
Predeceased by his loving parents Bernard and Gracie O’Donnell. Sadly missed by his brothers David McNally and David O’Donnell, sisters Julie and
Marianne O’Donnell, his nieces and nephews, Fionn, Naincí, Gracie, Úna, Sally, Maureen, Daphne and Oscar. Brother and sister in laws, Brian, John and Abi. Extended family, neighbours, work colleagues and a wide circle of friends in Jersey and Donegal. A memorial service will be held at Jersey Crematorium, Westmount Road, St Helier on Thursday 7th of August at 10am.
Remains will repose at Ardsmore, F92 E4H1 with wake commencing on Friday 15th August 12 noon with Rosary at 8pm. Private house after the Rosary. Removal to Christ the King Church Gort a’ Choirce F92 DP86 for Requiem Mass on Saturday 16th August at 11am with burial afterwards in adjacent cemetery. A shuttle bus will be available from An Stór, Gort a’ Choirce to attend the wake.
