Jimmy (James M.) Craig

Craig (Old Chapel, Bandon) on August 5th, 2025, peacefully, in the presence of his cherished family and in the exceptional care of Dr. Pat Barry at Cork University Hospital, Jimmy (James M.), loving husband of Anne (nee Barrett), wonderful father to Gerda, Marshall, Fiona and Agnella, son of the late Moore and Ellen Craig, Kilbrogan Hill and brother of the late Eileen, Phil and Harry.

 

Deeply mourned by his loving wife and family, sister Carmel (O’Sullivan), daughter-in-law Niamh (McCarthy), sons-in-law Kevin McCarthy and Ronnie Francis, adoring grandchildren Áine, Kate, James M., Matthew, Peter, Monica, Calum, Robert, Colm and Cillian, brother-in-law Peter Flynn, sister-in-law Phil, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

Jimmy will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon (eircode P72WE20) on Thursday from 5.30pm followed by Prayers at 7pm.

 

Requiem Mass on Friday at 12 noon in St. Patrick's Church, Bandon which will be livestreamed on www.bandonparish.ie/live, Funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
