Jim died peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family on the 9th of November 2025.

Jim will be sadly missed by his loving wife Máiréad, daughters, Gillian, Roisín and Mary, his adored grandchildren Niamh, Meadbh, Ruairí, Emily and Esmé, sons in law Patrick and Brian, his brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing in Walsh's Funeral Home, Graignamanagh (Eircode R95D853) from 12 noon on Monday 10th of November until 6.15pm, followed by removal at 6.40pm to Duiske Abbey, Graignamanagh for prayers and Rosary at 7pm. Requiem Mass at 11am on Tuesday in Duiske Abbey followed by burial in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tinnahinch.
