James (Jimmy) Cruise

The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Cruise, Martinstown, Delvin, Co. Westmeath on the 27th September 2025, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents John and Mary-Ann, brothers John, William, Francis and Paddy, his sisters Sheila and Stasia.
Loving husband of Maureen and devoted dad to Hayley (Forde), John, William and Brendan.

Jimmy will be sadly missed by his wife, daughter, sons, sister Peggy, son-in-law Martin, daughters-in-law Carol and Ursula, grandchildren Ryan, Liam, Callum, Conall, Alexie, Brídín and James, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, great neighbours and his many good friends.

May Jimmy's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at his son John's home, Martinstown (Eircode N91A9D7) this Monday evening from 4pm concluding with prayers at 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning in the Church of the Assumption, Delvin at 11am followed by burial in the local cemetery.
