The death has occurred of
Hugo O’Brien
Hugo O’Brien of Kenmare Heights, formerly Killincarrig, Greystones, Co. Wicklow. June 16th 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his family while in the wonderful care of the staff at St. James’ Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Dermot and Patricia (née Mooney), siblings Derry, Imelda and Peter. Remembered with love by his wife Una (née Delaney), son Liam, daughter Laura, stepsons Wayne and Matthew, sisters Angela and Dolores, brothers Ronan, Louis, Andrew, Philip and Ben, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and large circle of friends.
Reposing at Mark Kinsella Funeral Home, Main Street, Newtownmountkennedy (A63 X456) on Thursday evening (June 19th) from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass to celebrate Hugo’s life on Friday morning (June 20th) at 10am in Holy Rosary Church, Greystones after which Hugo will be laid to rest in Redford Cemetery, Blacklion, Greystones.
