Gráinne Porter
(née Saunders)
Gráinne passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and the wonderful staff at Lincoln County Hospital Stroke Unit on Thursday June 12th.
Beloved wife of the late Alexander, loving mum and mum in law to Richard and Bernie, Grace and Louis, Denise, Dorothy, Alex and Paul.
Grandmother to Holly, Darragh, Lily, Joseff, Poppy and Maggie
And Bo the Chow
Gráinne will have a private family funeral at St.Peter and Our Lady church, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire
Tuesday July 9 th
We will bring Alexander and Gráinne home together to rest with family at a later date.
She will be greatly missed and will remain forever in our hearts and memories, Slán Leat Mum.
