George Moore

The peaceful death has taken place on Sunday 21st September 2025 at Letterkenny University Hospital of George Moore, Swilly View, Ballymaleel, Letterkenny F92 W7V7. Deeply missed by his loving wife Eileen, sons Derek (Hilary), Laurence (Nuala) and Raymond (Colleen), daughter Audrey Gamble (Donald), brother Ernie, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

George is predeceased by his parents, brothers and sisters.

At Rest

George’s remains will repose at his late residence on Monday 22nd September from 12 noon until 10pm.

Funeral from there on Tuesday 23rd September at 1.15pm going to Conwal Parish Church, Church Lane, Letterkenny for 2pm Funeral Service of Thanksgiving. Interment afterwards to Gortlee Cemetery, Letterkenny.
