The death has occurred of George (Georgie) Battle of Carrowhubbock South, Enniscrone, Co. Sligo.

 

Peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

 

Georgie predeceased by his parents Michael and Bridget, his sisters Annie and Una and his brother Mike.

 

Beloved husband of Sarah and dear father to Mary, George, and Nicola.

 

He will be sadly missed by his, wife, daughters, son, adored granddaughters, Molly, and Lilly, his brothers John, Anthony and Tommy and his sister Bríd, sons-in-law Anthony Kilcullen and Nick Morris, daughter-in-law Lisa Battle, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

 

May Georgie Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at his residence on Friday evening 20th of June from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

 

Funeral will arrive to The Church of Our Lady Assumed into Heaven, Enniscrone on Saturday 21st of June for Requiem Mass at 12noon followed by burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Kilglass, Enniscrone.

 

Georgie’s funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/enniscrone
