Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Mary Carroll, brothers Peter, Patsy and Michael, sister-in-law Lillie and brother-in-law Johnny Cunningham. Deeply regretted by his sister Mary Cunningham (Heynestown), his nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, sisters-in-law, cousins and friends.

Mass for the repose of his Soul on Saturday, November 8th in American Martyrs' Church, Oakland Gardens, New York, followed by cremation. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Quinn's Funeral Homes, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) on Friday. November 14th from 6pm-8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 15th in St. Mary’s Church, Lordship (A91 HP76) at 11am. Burial afterwards in Lordship Cemetery.
