Frances Blackburn

Frances Blackburn, (nee Connaughton), Sue Ryder House, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Glasnevin, Dublin, died unexpectedly, at University Hospital Limerick, om 8th July 2025.

Beloved wife of the late Frank Blackburn and loving mother of Helen (Perry), Owen (Moanfin, Nenagh), Ruth (Corkery), (Bruff, Co. Limerick) and Fran Blackburn (Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare). She will be sadly missed by her loving family, her sister Claire (Gagnon), her adored grandchildren Joe, Frances, James, Rebecca, Adam and Mark, sons-in-law Mark Perry and Dave Evens, daughter-in-law Catherine, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing on Thursday July 10th at Ryan's Funeral Home Nenagh (E45 KN93), from 6pm until 7.30pm. Funeral arriving on Friday to St. Mary of the Rosary Church, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary (E45 YH29), for Funeral Mass at 11am. A private cremation service will take place on Saturday in Shannon Crematorium. The mass can be viewed by clicking on the webstream link below.
