Fr. Liam ENRIGHT

The death has occurred of Fr. Liam Enright (formerly of Skule Hill, Fedamore, Co. Limerick)

Fr. Liam was ordained to the priesthood in 1972 and served in the Holy Family Parish Southill, Crecora, Cratloe and retired to St. Nicholas’ parish in 2018.

Fr Liam, passed away (peacefully) on August 5th 2025 in the loving care of the staff of Athlunkard Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by parents Tom and Maura and brother Cormac and sister-in-law Mary (Gavin).

Sadly missed by his brothers Tom, Seamus and Seán, sisters Margaret Ryan, Mary Kennedy and Josephine Ryan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncle, aunts, nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, great grandniece, great grandnephew, extended family, large circle of friends, Bishop Brendan Leahy and the Clergy of the Diocese of Limerick.

Reposing at St. John’s Church, Cratloe, Co. Clare, Thursday, August 7th, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, followed by evening prayers.

Concelebrated Requiem Mass Friday, August 8th, at 12pm followed by burial in the Church grounds.
