Florence (Florrie) HARTIGAN
(née RICHARDSON)

With deep sadness we share the passing of Florence (Florrie) Hartigan (née Richardson) (Donoughmore, Co. Limerick and formerly of Ahane, Co. Limerick and late of University of Limerick)

On September 18th 2025, peacefully, after a short illness, in the presence of her husband and five children, at Milford Care Centre.

 

Beloved wife of Bernie and dearly loved mother of Paul, Trish, Deirdre, Bernard and Lucia.

 

Florrie will be greatly missed by her loving family, cherished grandchildren Aisling, Lucia, Grace, Jacques, Vera, Calvin, Xavier, Florence, Amelie, George, Ava, Hugh, Liam and Elizabeth, sons-in-law Ray, Jacques and James, daughters-in-law Maria and Alicja, nephews, nieces, sister-in-law Mary Walsh, brothers-in-law Pat Hartigan, Séamus Hartigan and Eddie McMahon, other relatives and friends.

Pre-deceased by sisters Bridget, Lena, Teresa and Mary and brothers Jimmy, Paddy and Joe.

Reposing at Milford Care Centre Mortuary, Castletroy (V94H795) Sunday, September 21st, from 3pm to 5pm.

Funeral will arrive Monday, September 22nd, at St. Patrick’s Church, Donoughmore (V94V6T3) for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial in Donoughmore Cemetery.
