Elizabeth (Liz) Twohig

Elizabeth Twohig (Liz), Ryan Ahern Place, Carrigtwohill and C.O.P.E. Foundation, Midleton. On June 20th, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Cork University Hospital.

 

Elizabeth (Liz), beloved daughter of the late Dan and Catherine, and sister of the late Catherine. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sisters Rose, Teresa, and Marie; her brother James; nieces and nephews — especially Niamh, who was the light of her life — grandnieces, grandnephews, her dear friend Angela, her family and friends in C.O.P.E. Foundation, and her wide circle of friends.

 

May Liz Rest in Peace.

 

Liz will repose in O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, P25 X382, on Monday, 23rd June, from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.

 

Reception into St. Mary’s Church, Carrigtwohill, on Tuesday, 24th June, for 12 noon Funeral Mass, followed by a cremation service at 2:00pm at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.

The family would like to thank the staff at C.O.P.E. Foundation for their care and dedication to Liz, also the doctors, nurses, and staff at C.U.M.H.
