Healy, Christy, Abbert, Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, County Galway. Passed away peacefully at University Hospital Galway, surrounded by his loving family, on the 1st August 2025.

 

Predeceased by his wife Mary, baby son John, brother Tommy, granddaughter Lisa, and his parents Pat and Mary.

 

Loving father of Padraic, Michael, Christopher, Sr. Bernadette PBVM and Irene (Finn).

 

Deeply regretted by his son-in-law Tom, daughters-in-law Geraldine, Margaret and Christina, his grandchildren Caroline, Michael, John, Marie, Michelle, Nicola, Rachael, Ronan, and Laura and his great grandchildren.

 

Christy will be sadly missed by his sisters Mary Neavyn and Celia O'Reilly (Dublin), his nephews, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

 

Christy will repose at Mannion’s Funeral Home, Abbeyknockmoy, County Galway (H54 RW94) on Monday 4th August 2025 from 6:00 pm. Removal at 8:00 pm to St. Bernard’s Church, Abbeyknockmoy. Requiem Mass on Tuesday 5th August 2025 at 12:00 noon followed by burial afterwards in Abbeyknockmoy Cemetery.
