The death has occurred of
Christopher (Chris) Carey
Christopher (Chris) Carey, Westcourt, Callan, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Green Street, Callan.
Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, 4th August, 2025.
Predeceased by his parents, Annie (née Kinevane) and Chris and his sister, Elizabeth (Betty) Doherty.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sorrowing family, his wife, Patricia (née Guiry), daughters, Jane and Shauna (Harraghy), son-in-law, Cormac, brothers, Joe, John and Tony, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at his residence (Eircode R95 E2P1) on Wednesday, 6th August, from 4pm, concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm.
Funeral arriving to The Church of the Assumption, Callan (Eircode R95 VK82), for Requiem Mass on Thursday, 7th August, at 11am.
Burial afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery Callan.
