Brendan LIDDY

The death has occured of Brendan LIDDY aged 83 (6 Creamery Rd, Crossmaglen & formerly of Castleblayney) on the 1st June 2025 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Devoted husband of Bridie. Beloved father of Declan, Brenda (Magill), Shane, Adele (Nolan) & Garvan. Cherished father in law to Karen, Martin, Andrea, Gerry & Sarah. Dear grandfather to his 16 grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Charlie & Elizabeth Liddy RIP and last survivng member of the Liddy family of 6 Thomas St, Castleblayney.

Reposing at Mc Conville’s Funeral Home, O’Fiaich Square on Monday evening between 5-8pm (visitors welcome to call and pay their respects). Removal at 8:10pm on Monday to his home on the Creamery Rd (House Strictly Private At All Times). Funeral on Wednesday 4th June leaving his late residence at 10:20am to St Patrick’s Church, Crossmaglen (via the Newry Rd) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am.
