Barbara McEvoy née Smyth, Donard Close, Lahinch, formerly of Main Street, Ennistymon, County Clare and former Lady Captain of Lahinch Golf Club, 5th of November 2025, Barbara passed away peacefully under the outstanding care of the staff of Ennistymon Community Hospital surrounded by her loving family, predeceased by her husband Tony and baby daughter Catherine. Barbara will be sadly missed by her sons Patrick and James, daughter-in-law Regina, adored grandchildren Kitty, Betty and Sadie, sister Marese, brother John, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Lahinch this Friday the 7th of November from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 11 o'clock, followed by burial afterwards in the Old Cemetery, Ennistymon.
