Baby Siún FLEMING
Drumline and Lemenagh Newmarket On Fergus.
Peacefully Our Lady's Children Hospital Crumlin surrounded by her loving family.
Deeply missed by her heartbroken family, parents Cathal and Sarah, twin brother Dara, grandparents Phil and Seán Fleming and Mary Frost O' Grady, uncles David, Enda, Conor, Kieran and their wives and partners, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Mass of the Angels will take place in Our Lady of the Well's Church, Clonmoney (eircode V95 RX45) on Thursday (19th June) at 5pm followed by burial in Bunratty Cemetery.
