The death has occurred of
Anne Twomey
Anne Twomey (Lackaroe, Glenbrook, Co. Cork and formerly of Galway and Sligo) on August 31st 2025, Anne passed peacefully in the presence of her loving family and in the wonderful care of the Management and Staff at Douglas Nursing Home, Cork. Anne was the beloved wife of the late Dermot Twomey, devoted mother of Mark, Val, Maeve and the late Richard. Sadly missed by her family, grandchildren Macdara, Seamus, Jill, David, Karen, Ella, Alex and Dylan, great-grandson George, son-in-law Les, daughters-in-law Julie and Helen, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Service at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Cork P43 DD71 on Thursday September 4th, at 12 noon which will be live-streamed on https://www.islandcrematorium.ie/services/
