Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Bridget's Ward, St. Columba's Hospital, Thomastown. Formerly of Lacken, Old Leighlin, Carlow. Predeceased by her parents, Martin and Moira. Ann will be forever loved and sadly missed by her husband Phil, her children Helen, Philip, Marion and Joseph, her adored grandchildren Fiona, Jerry, Meabh, Ella and Conor, sons-in-law James and Pat, daughter-in-law Ashling, Aoife, sisters Bridget and Mary, brother Michael, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace
Ann will be reposing at her home on Wednesday 17th September from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with prayers at 8 p.m.
Removal from her home (R93 VP71) on Thursday morning to St. Brigid's Church, Coon arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 o'clock after which Ann will be laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.

Ann's family would like to thank Dr Heera, nurses and staff of St. Columbia's Hospital for the care and kindness shown to Ann during her time there.
