Ann Carolan

The death has occurred on Ann Carolan, Ballyhealy, Delvin, and formerly of Dalystown, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath on the 21st June 2025 suddenly at Rose Lodge Nursing Home, Killucan.

Predeceased by her parents Mary-Jane and Michael.

Loving wife of Bernard (Barney) and mother of Margaret, Anne, Larry and Paul.

Ann will be sadly missed by her husband, daughters, sons, sisters Patricia, Mary B. and Sheila, son in law Bertie, daughters in law Margaret and Joan, grandsons Eoin and Liam, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Ann's Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Ennis' Funeral Home, Killucan (Eircode N91NN12) on Monday evening from 5.30pm with prayers at 7pm.

Ann's Funeral Mass takes place in the Church of the Assumption, Delvin (Eircode N91 K383) on Tuesday morning at 11am followed by burial in the local cemetery. The funeral Mass will be live-streamed on Church Media Westmeath and the Delvin Parish Facebook page on the following links:

The Carolan family would like to acknowledge and thank Ann's long time carer Anne Maguire and all who cared for Ann including the wonderful nurses and staff in Rose Lodge Nursing Home where Ann happily spent her last couple of months with her husband Barney.
