Our community of clients & families have access to a team of experts, services & facilities at the Crann Centre in Ovens, Co. Cork. Through our 2 Generation approach and unique Model of Care clients & family members receive wraparound care programmes with personalised plans for each client and family member.
We support adults and children living with congenital, progressive or acquired neuro-physical disabilities and their partners, parents and siblings across Cork and Munster. These conditions include: Spinal Cord Injury, Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Arthrogryposis, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis.
The Crann Centre is primarily funded by donations. Without your support it wouldn’t be possible for us to provide life-long, life-changing services to children & adults with neuro-physical disabilities and their families.
