The death has occurred of
William (Willie) McCANN
William (Willie) McCann, Riverside, Carlow and formerly of Oldcastle, Co. Meath, April 9th 2025 in the loving, gentle care of the Suir Ward, St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny after a short illness. Beloved husband of Bridie and much loved father of Liam, Paul, Niamh and Sinead. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, sons-in-law Tom and Fergus, daughter-in-law Niamh, grandchildren Luke, Heather, Orla, Dáire, Eimear, Ryan and Stephen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 10am in the Cathedral of the Assumption. Burial afterwards in Sleaty Cemetery.
