William (Billy) Brophy

Brophy (Coolmine, Dublin 15 and formerly of Ballyfermot, Dublin 10) April 25th., 2025 (peacefully) after a short illness, bravely borne, in the loving care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, William (Billy), beloved husband of Helen and much-loved father of Paula, Gemma and Nicola and a devoted grandfather of Liam, Claire, Niamh, Ciara, Conor, Seán, Mark, Aoife, Ciarán and Cormac. Billy was predeceased by his sister Marie. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Tom, Colm and Kevin, sister Julia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Blanchardstown on Tuesday evening (April 29th) between 5 pm and 7 pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (April 30th) to the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle, Laurel Lodge arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.
