Wes Singleton

Late of Clarehall and formerly of Raheny.

We regret to announce the passing of Wes Singleton, beloved husband of Jodie, devoted father of Becky, Blake, Jamie, Rachael, Jordan, and Alana, and cherished grandfather to his adored grandson Tyler.

Wes will be fondly remembered not only for the deep love he had for his family but also for his musical spirit.

As the frontman of Loose Change, he brought joy to countless sessions at Gibney’s Pub in Malahide, The Green Dolphin in Raheny, and many other venues over the years — creating treasured memories for all who heard him sing and saw him perform.

Predeceased by his loving parents Pauline and Eric and his father-in-law Tom Keogh.

Wes will be deeply missed by his brothers Eric and David, sister Pauline, daughter-in-law Amy, his children’s partners, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, fellow musicians and band mates through the years, as well as his many friends, admirers, and all who knew and loved him.

Reposing at his home on Thursday, 6th November, from 4.00pm to 8.00pm.

Removal on Friday morning to the Church of Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace, Raheny, arriving for 10.00am for Funeral Mass, followed by cremation at Dardistown Crematorium.
