The death has occurred of
Vincent Gill
It is with great sadness that the Gill family announces the death of Vincent Gill on June 6th 2025, peacefully after a short illness, at Galway University Hospital.
Dearly loved husband of Mary and devoted father of Tony, Peter, Gerry, Junior and Marie.
Predeceased by his father Peter, mother Bridget and baby brother Peter.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife and family, daughters-in-law Simone, Olive, Caoimhe and Michelle, grandchildren Rona, Lily-Rose, Conor, Evan, Rowan, Grace, Luke, Donnacha and Dáithí, sisters Mary and Bridie, brothers PJ and Kevin, brother-in-law Martin, sisters-in-law Mary and Mary, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many close friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at his son Peter's home, Lisnagea, Drumsna, Co. Leitrim, N41 X0F8 from 4.00pm to 8.00pm on Sunday June 8th and Monday June 9th. House private to family outside of reposing times please.
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 12.00pm on Tuesday June 10th in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Drumsna, Co. Leitrim, (N41 D766) with burial afterwards in Jamestown Cemetery.
Funeral Mass will be live streamed on Tuesday and may be viewed by clicking on the following link.
