It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of

Tommy (Christopher, Thomas) Patterson

Camblin, Roscrea, Co.Tipperary.

Peacefully, in Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise on Sunday, 8th June, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. We sincerely thank Portlaoise hospital, his GP, Dr. Brendan Murphy, Dr. Ridgeway, Prof. Gibney and Prof. McDermott of Tallaght Hospital, his Public Health Nurse and his excellent carers for the wonderful care they all gave Tommy.

Predeceased by his granddaughters, Sarah and Ruth, parents, George and Sarah, sister, Irene, brothers George and Charlie and great friend Joseph Birch.

Tommy was a loving and devoted husband to Betty for 55 years, adored father to sons Jason and Guy and daughter Gail. Cherished daughters-in law, Alison and Sandra and son-in-law, Nigel. His grandchildren, who he treasured with all his heart, Bethany, Chloe, Amy, Ethan, Kyle, Sophie, Scott, Allie and Leah. His brother, Willie sister-in-law Eileen, brother-in-law Charlie, nieces, nephews, relatives, close neighbours and a wide circle of friends. Tommy will be so sadly missed and fondly remembered by all.

Reposing at his home in Camblin, Roscrea, E53 VH59 on Thursday, 12th June from 4pm – 7pm, followed by Prayers.

House private at all other times.

(There will be traffic flow in operation for anyone wishing to attend his residence on Thursday evening. We ask that people use the Camblin Road opposite Drought's Car Garage where parking will be available. There will be NO entry to the residence from the main Templemore Road. Parking attendees will be on site to aid in traffic safety and flow.)
