Timmie Beirne

The death has occurred of Timmie Beirne, Cloone, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim and formerly of Cornagher, Cloone, Co. Leitrim, Director of Modular Panel Systems, Mohill, Saturday 25th October 2025 unexpectedly but peacefully at Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

 

Predeceased by his father; Patrick and his mother; Kate.

 

Loving husband of Bernadette and loving father of Genevieve Cox (Gene, Annaduff), Dianne McNabola (Tom, Dromod), Jolene McCormack (Jim, Cloone) and Bernadette Boyle (Kieran, Carrick-on-Shannon).

 

Sadly missed by his family, his brothers; Jim and Pat (Kilcock), sisters; Anna McKeon (Longford), Alice Frawley and Mary Beirne (Pearl River, New York).

 

Loving grandad to his adored grandchildren; Jamie, Alanah, Kayla, Darren, Nathan, Robyn, Holly, April, Noah, Willow and Donnacha.

 

Fondly remembered by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, work colleagues, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Timmie will repose at his home in Cloone (Eircode N41 DV22) on Tuesday, 28th of October 2025 from 4.00pm – 8.00pm. (Please note there will be a 15-minute break at 6.00pm).

 

Requiem Mass for Timmie will take place in St. Mary’s Church Cloone (Eircode N41 V009) on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial to the adjoining cemetery.
