Thomas (Tom) Collins, Mallard Lodge, Newport Road, Castlebar and formerly of Castle Street, Castlebar, suddenly at his home.

Pre deceased by his parents Thomas and Tess.

Much loved and loving husband and best friend of Anne, devoted and loving father to his three children, Jack, Ruth and Alexandra.

Deeply regretted by his wife, children and sister Mary Mc Donnell (Rockfield, Turlough), brothers in law, Gerry Cullen, Con Cullen and Stephen Mc Donnell, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest In Peace Tom

Reposing at his home at Mallard Lodge, Newport Road,Castlebar, (F23 DR60) on Wednesday from 5 until 8 o clock.

House private at all other times.

Removal from his residence on Thursday at 12 noon for requiem mass at 1 pm in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.

Funeral afterwards to Castlebar New Cemetery.
