Sr. Joan O'Gorman (Franciscan Missionaries of Mary)
6th July 1925 to 28th April 2025
O’Gorman (Rush, Co. Dublin and formerly of Monslatt, Killenaule, Co. Tipperary) - April 28th 2025. Sr. Joan (FMM), in her 100th year. Predeceased by her parents Thomas & Annie, her only sister Alice O’Connell, brother-in-law Michael O’Connell, nephew Michael O’Connell(Jnr), and nephew-in-law, Michael Moriarty. Deeply regretted by her FMM community, her nieces, Annette (Dublin), Mairead (Dublin), Joan (Tubbercurry), Eilís (Dublin), and her nephew Fr Tomás (Pallasgrean), nephews-in-law Vincent, Eamonn & Ken, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives & friends.
May she Rest in Peace
Funeral Mass on Friday morning (2nd May) at 11:00am in St Maur’s Church, Rush, followed by burial in Whitestown Cemetery, Rush.
